There are also four new Twitch streamers that PokerStars says will “share their journeys, inspire others and most importantly have fun.”
A Return to the Old Days
PokerStars famously housed some of the biggest names in poker, including Daniel Negreanu, Chris Moneymaker, Jason Mercier and Vanessa Selbst. The site then steered more in the direction of signing content providers such as Lex Veldhuis, Ben Spragg and Fintan Hand, something these new signings look to be continuing.
“We are proud to expand our team and welcome these brilliant ambassadors for the game to PokerStars,” said Scott Goodall, Associate Director of Communities and Partnerships at PokerStars. “The cornerstones of our strategy are supporting poker players and poker streamers, in particular new talent who have tons of potential and drive to grow, alongside creating a fun and welcoming environment for our community on Twitch and in other spaces.”

Many poker fans will be familiar with the trio unveiled as ambassadors, with Andre Coimbra a former member of PokerStars Team Online who left in 2017. However he has returned to the team and will focus on streaming on Twitch.
“I’m very happy for having the opportunity of joining Team Pro again and once again be an ambassador for my favourite poker site!” said Coimbra.
Meanwhile English pro Sam Grafton will also be donning the Red Spade having regularly travelled on the European Poker Tour scene, including a career-high best live cash of €1.3 million at the 2019 EPT Barcelona Super High Roller. He will be providing commentary as well as joining in with fun content and activities.
The third ambassador joining the team is Parker “tonkaaaaP” Talbot. The former SCOOP and WCOOP winner will also be streaming his poker content on Twitch, having already racked up over $3 million in live cashes. He’ll be looking to add to his poker resume with online tournament wins at the very highest stakes.
Meanwhile three new faces to the poker world will be joining PokerStars as Twitch streamers.
Mark “naigo1” Foresta (bottom-left) and Keith “AccidentalGrenade” Becker (bottom-right) are both Pennsylvania-based Twitch streamers who stream on PokerStars PA, home of the recently successful $1m GTD Anniversary Series.
Foresta says that the opportunity to become an ambassador is “a dream come true,” while Becker says that he used to idolize PokerStars Team Pros.
“I’m extremely humbled and honored to join PokerStars,” said Becker. “I hope to live up to the name ambassador. I want to bring this game we all love to more people!”
Rounding out the trio is Lasse “WisternJL” Jagd Lauitson (top) who will be looking to create a name for himself at the online felt, and building up his community.
