Almost two years after the last live EPT took place, the festival returns to Prague December 8-19 at the Hilton Hotel Prague. The full schedule is yet to be released, but a €1,100 EPT National, €5,300 EPT Main Event and €10,300 EPT High Roller have all been confirmed.

“We’re so excited to welcome our community back to our live poker felt with one of our most famous and well-loved poker tours,” said Severin Rasset, Managing Director of Poker at PokerStars. “It’s been such a long time coming and we’ve been working tirelessly and monitoring the situation carefully so that no stone is unturned for a safe return to live events and a great experience for our players.

“The health and safety of players and staff is of paramount importance and we have a number of measures in place to ensure everyone attending feels comfortable and confident.”

Although the event is not set to take place for another couple of months, PokerStars have confirmed that several Covid-19 safety measures will be in place for EPT Prague.

Players and spectators must wear a face mask when entering the casino. They must also have their temperature scanned and show proof of vaccination or of a negative test.

Enhanced cleaning will also take place, with social distancing measures, personal protection equipment, and sanitization stations situated around the casino.
