The Veronicas’ Lisa and Jessica Origliasso raise eyebrows with their new single ‘Sugar Daddy’ in honour of the show’s CEO Lord Alan Sugar
The Veronicas’ Lisa and Jessica Origliasso cheekily nicknamed Lord Alan Sugar ‘Sugar Daddy’ on Monday’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice.
And now the pop duo have released their new single, hilariously called Sugar Daddy.
It’s purely a coincidence, however, with the sexually suggestive lyrics having no connection whatsoever to the married British businessman.

‘Be my sugar daddy, gimme something sweet ’cause I don’t wanna be bad. Be my sugar daddy. Make me the star in every dream you have,’ they sing in the chorus.
Other lyrics include: ‘A little charm. You can flaunt me as your own. I don’t need much, just your touch. Now take me home.’
The timing of the new single is amusing, with the 36-year-old twins referring to Lord Alan Sugar as ‘Sugar Daddy’ during Monday’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice.

With Lord Sugar as the CEO, the celebrity contestants are put to the test with business-related tasks.
Up for grabs is the grand prize of $100,000 for their chosen charity, in addition to the money raised during the show’s challenges.
Former Married At First Sight star-turned-influencer Martha, 33, is tipped to win, with Lord Alan Sugar only following her, out of all the contestants, on his Instagram page.
