Carolina McCauley, from Perth, showed how hot water, vinegar and a splash of dish soap is all you need to banish the stubborn stain and removed a flawless white shirt after 30 minutes of soaking and a regular machine wash.  

To begin, Carolina removed all excess coffee with a paper towel before placing it into a heat proof bowl and pouring hot water over the top.

Next pour one cup of vinegar into the bowl with the hot water and add one table spoon of the dish soap of your choice, allow the white shirt to sit in the liquid mixture and soak for up to 30 minutes
