The couple, who regularly flip and sell properties, had snapped up the stunning three-bedroom 1950s beach shack for $1.18million in 2019.

But this week, realestate.com.au report that the duo have offloaded their home to a local family, who have now branded the quirky house as ‘Polly Palms Byron’.

While the property is currently changing hands, it’s still available to rent on Airbnb for the time being at $1,042.14 per night.

The gorgeous house boasts a beige and white beach theme, a sun-drenched living and dining room and a three-car garage – and is just a stone’s throw away from to Tallow Beach.

The house had a fast renovation of around nine weeks, with main additions including a heated pool and the exterior of the property painted ocean green.

Shelley, 45, gave fans a video tour of the shack last year.

‘This little cottage we renovated in about nine weeks, it was a very quick one. And it’s sort of our interim home while we build another place,’ she told the camera.

She went on to speak about her passion for renovating and joked that fans should think twice before doing it themselves.

‘I know, renovating and building, it’s our life,’ she said. ‘And it’s also a very bad habit I suggest you don’t get into.’

Shelley walked her fans through the home, showing off statement art pieces near the front door and in the living and dining rooms.

She explained that the living and dining room open up to an outdoor living area and a leafy backyard.

‘It’s a very easy living home and all about spending time together as a family,’ Shelley said.
