The 36-year-old and three other women were issued with Penalty Infringement Notices after Nadia was recorded snorting white powder from a $1.50 Kmart plate at an illegal gathering in Melbourne.

Since the scandal came to light, the fashion and beauty influencer has been dropped by some of her sponsors including Hairhouse and JSHealth Vitamins.

While Daily Mail Understands that Nadia has never been a Myer ambassador or paid talent like Tayla, she did enjoy another high-profile title at the carnival last year.

The Victoria Racing Club (VRC), who work in partnership with the fashion brand, announced her as the Melbourne Cup Carnival Ambassador in 2020.

Nadia was also on the judging panel for Myer’s On Your Front Lawn competition last year, which was organised through the VRC.

‘Racing is all about dressing up and feeling good, so I’m looking forward to seeing the unique style and elegance that Aussies are renowned for.’ Nadia said in a press release at the time.

‘The Melbourne Cup Carnival is always the highlight of my year, and although it may look a little different this year, I have no doubt the excitement levels will be as high as ever.’

Nadia has been pictured multiple times at the races over the years, yet amid the scandal it’s unknown if she will attend again in 2021 – or in future.

Daily Mail Australia have reached out to Victoria Racing Club for further comment.

Last year, Nadia had explained her ‘humble beginnings’ at the Melbourne Cup Carnival in an interview with the Herald Sun.

‘When I first started coming I was more a nursery, carpark girl and I used to go in general a fair bit,’ she said.

While she chose to spend alot of her time in the exclusive Birdcage, she said she liked the rowdy side of the famous horse-racing carnival.

‘You get amongst it and it’s fun and it’s rowdy. In recent years I’ve spent more time in the birdcage but I like them all for different reasons,’ she said.

On Monday, Nadia and three other women were issued with Penalty Infringement Notices following an illegal gathering in Melbourne last Thursday evening.

Each woman was fined $5,452, but a fifth woman was not charged because she was ‘complying with employment restrictions’, Victoria Police said on Monday.

Police are also investigating possible drug offences after Nadia was recorded at the party snorting white powder, believed to be cocaine.

‘Four women have been issued with Penalty Infringement Notices following a gathering at a Richmond address in contravention of the Chief Health Officer’s restrictions,’ a Victoria Police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia.

‘The incident occurred at a private address on Thursday, September 2, at 4pm.

Nadia has apologised for flouting Melbourne’s lockdown by hosting the illegal gathering at which she snorted a line of white powder.

She wrote on Instagram on Friday evening: ‘Hi everyone, I have let you all down by my actions. I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in future.

‘To my family and friends, my business partners and the public health workers trying to keep us all safe, I am embarrassed and remorseful.

‘I am truly and deeply sorry. I hope I can earn your forgiveness and, in time, your trust.’

She was recorded snorting the powder off a $1.50 Kmart plate in a video mistakenly shared to Instagram by her friend and business partner Ellie Pearson.

Pearson had meant to send the video to her sister, but due to a cracked phone screen posted it on social media by accident and didn’t delete it until 10 minutes later.
