To better show off his toned physique, Gazza rolled up his trunks.

Sporting an impressive tan and facial stubble, the former sportsman proved he’s taken to his new ocean-side lifestyle like a natural.

The doting father was backdropped by the island’s tropical fauna and sunny climes.

It comes a day after the star displayed his slimmed down physique as he relaxed on the beach.

The former footballer looked trim as he went shirtless on day 32 of his stint on the show which is being filmed in Honduras.

Paul showed off the eclectic selection of tattoos on his torso and arms in a pair of swimming trunks.

Paul, often nicknamed Gazza, appears to have lost weight during the show where he has been making the most of island life in Cayos Cochinos, Central America.

Clearly feeling thirsty after a morning spent in the scorching sun he was seen taking a long drink from a black container.

It comes amid claims the sports legend will face ‘mental challenges’ as his recent shoulder dislocation has forced him out of competing in physical games for the remaining duration of the competition.

On how he’ll participate in the series after his injury, a source told The Sun: ‘He can’t do anything physical for at least two weeks, but the aim is for him to be mentally challenged.

‘We are looking at some Italian language tests or maybe arithmetic or geography questions.’

MailOnline has contacted Paul’s representatives for further comment.

Gazza is also set to be joined by lingerie models Manuela Ferrara and Emanuela Tittocchia, who will participate with the celebs next week.
