They welcomed their first child together in February.

And on Thursday, Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara were joined by their five-month-old son Riley for an interview on NBC’s Today.

‘It looks like you are holding your husband in the dryer,’ host Hoda Kotb declared as she decided the adorable infant most resembled his actor dad.

In the interview, Meghan simply gushed about motherhood.

‘If I walk in a room, he just lights up,’ she said of Riley. 

‘No one told me, ‘He’s gonna love you so much and light up when you walk in a room’. You’re like, ‘Oh my goodness. We’re his everything.”

The singer, 27, and the actor, 29, tied the knot in 2018 after two and a half years of dating

As she’s previously shared on social media, her little boy’s arrival into the world had a rocky start.

He was a breech baby and had to be delivered by C-section but after being delivered he wasn’t breathing.

Meghan shared: ”I was like, ‘Where’s the cry?’ ‘Cause no one said anything. I was like, ‘He’s not crying.’ So, they said he was full of liquid still and that, C-sections, this can happen.

‘They took him away and Daryl begged them to let me see him for one second before they took him.’

Rocky start: Riley, a breech baby, was delivered by C-section. He then spent five days in the NICU with Meghan revealing she only saw him for a second before he was whisked away

Riley was in the hospital NICU for five days with a feeding tube.

Meanwhile, the All About The Bass hitmaker revealed that she is now bottle feeding Riley after struggling to make her own milk. 

‘Everyone was like, ‘Good for you. I’m proud that you even tried,’ she said. ‘I never felt guilty.’

Meghan and Spy Kids star Daryl, 29, tied the knot in 2018 after two and a half years of dating.
