Martha Kalifatidis found fame on Married At First Sight‘s sixth season in 2019.

‘I think part of it is getting older and metabolism changes,’ she explained.
‘But for the most part my job requires me to be stationary! I spend most of my waking hours staring into a screen.
‘If I’m not making content I’m editing it. Also, the hours I work are actually gross and I have no balance… but I’m working on it.’
Comfortable: The 32-year-old wore oversized sweatpants and a jumper while out in Bondi back in June
Martha revealed that she’s been doing Pilates to strengthen her core and that her personal trainer boyfriend Michael Brunelli has been helping her exercise.
Last June, the social media influencer said that snacking during lockdown had contributed to her curves.
‘The Vegemite Shapes, the Vegemite-flavoured Shapes,’ she said of her favourite snack.

‘I don’t mind the Savoury flavour as well. The Vegemite ones, oh done damage.’
Last year, she also opened up about body image in a power Instagram post to her half a million followers.
Martha posted a picture of herself wearing nothing but a pair of white briefs, which she describes as showing her ‘a few kilos heavier’ than she used to be.

She made the empowering decision to post the photo after she had her own crisis of confidence when a troll labelled her ‘chubby’.
‘Two weeks ago some lady commented “chubby” on one of my posts… I normally shrug the trolls off but this one got to me,’ she wrote.
‘It turned into two weeks of stress, self-hatred and unhappiness.’

Martha went on to encourage her followers to feel comfortable in their own skin.
‘My message to you, and the purpose of this post, is that if you’re feeling bad about the snacks you’ve eaten, the workouts you haven’t done and the number on the scale… self loathing won’t fix s**t, trust me!’ she wrote.
‘I’m not looking for sympathy or reassurance… I want you to know that putting on weight is not the end of the world, and if people on social media have something to say about your weight they best have a set of abs or they can f**k right off!’
