Mario Lopez and Brody Jenner team up to introduce Sugar Factory’s newest cocktail in Century City


Mario Lopez and Brody Jenner introduced the Mamitas Hurricane Goblet drink at Sugar Factory in the Westfield Century City mall on Friday night.

To promote their new $40 cocktail, the 37-year-old reality star performed a special DJ set, while Lopez, 47, hosted a star-studded evening in honor of the celebrity hotspot’s latest menu addition they designed.

The Mamitas Hurricane is made with Casa México silver tequila, Mamitas pineapple hard seltzer, a blend of rums, fresh lemonade and tropical Mai Tai flavors.

While on the red carpet Jenner rocked a black t-shirt, a Mamitas baseball cap from his hard seltzer company and slacks. 

Lopez, who is a Casa Mexico partner, rocked a white polo shirt, dark-wash jeans and white sneakers. 

As the duo posed for photos together, Jenner wrapped one arm around his pal, who was later joined by his wife Courtney Mazza and their three kids.

The TV host’s spouse, who he wed in 2012, held onto their youngest child Santino, two.

Meanwhile, Lopez’s ten-year-old daughter Gia and son Dominic, seven, stood right by his side with bright smiles across their face. 

Jenner’s outing comes after he admitted it ‘hurt’ being one of the last to find out his ex Kaitlynn Carter was expecting her first child with boyfriend Kristopher Brock.

On Wednesday’s episode of The Hills: New Beginnings’ season finale, Jenner’s reaction to his ex’s baby news was finally revealed.

‘Listen, how well do you know this guy?’ referring to Kristopher. ‘We spent six years together and I think that me being one of the last people to find out, that’s what hurt me the most.’

Brody added that he ‘unfortunately kind of heard through the grapevine,’ about her pregnancy, with Kaitlynn saying that was not her intention.

Kaitlynn said that she wanted to have a private conversation with him about it but couldn’t find the right time to do so. 

Brody said that they did spend time together with the dogs at his house but she did not say anything.

He added that ‘It’s not my business. You always told me how you want to be a mother, that’s your dream in life. I know for a fact you will be the best mother ever. I just want to make sure you’re with the right person.’

Kaitlynn told him: ‘It is your business, it was important for me to tell you about it. That was, from the very beginning, that was a priority to me.’

She noted that felt ‘a little anxious’ about having the conversation with him and even her with her parents. 

After their conversation, Brody said in the confessional: ‘It’s just a little soon, but I don’t know. What’s done is done. I just hope that she’s making the right decision. Ultimately, I just want to see her happy. If I don’t think she’s making the right choice, I’ll definitely let her know that.’
