A Florida man who appeared on Dance Moms has been arrested for the sexual battery of two underage girls who took his classes.
Kevin Cosculluela, 25, was arrested by deputies with the Orange County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office on January 21 after a warrant was issued earlier last month, according to an arrest warrant obtained by DailyMail.com.
Cops alleged that Cosculluela abused two female underage dance students in 2020 at the Peaches Dance and Music Orlando studio by forcing them to touch him inappropriately and perform oral sex on him.
It’s not clear how old the alleged victims are, or were at the time of the suspected contact.
He has been charged with two counts of sexual battery and has also been charged with solicitation of a minor, as well as lewd and lascivious conduct.
The dance studio sent an email notifying parents that it has since fired Cosculluela, according to the warrant.
One of the alleged victims told cops she met Cosculluela in July when he began teaching as the lead dance instructor for group classes at Peaches Dance and Music.

The girl, who took weekly lessons from Cosculluela, said she started texting with him in September, viewing him as ‘famous’ and ‘important’ because of his experience on Dance Moms and on Broadway, cops said.
Cosculluela appeared in the third season of Dance Moms and was in Mean Girls and An American in Paris on Broadway, according to his Facebook page.
The girl said Cosculluela started treating her differently after they started texting, describing him as ‘scary’ if she didn’t do what he wanted, according to the warrant.
Cosculluela allegedly threatened to take away lessons, ignore the victim during lessons, and scream obscenities at her, which ‘affected her greatly’ because of how important she viewed him, she told cops.
The victim said that Cosculluela requested that they start communicating through Snapchat, turning their conversations more sexual in nature, according to cops. Cosculluela would often tell the victim that he loved her.
Cosculluela allegedly called the victim around 5pm on December 1 after she left the studio, asking her to come back to the studio to ‘do things.’
The alleged victim told Cosculluela no, according to the warrant, believing that he wanted to do sexual things to her.
‘Kevin got angry with her, yelled at her and then hung up on her. Later, Kevin sent her a message on Snapchat and yelled at her again, so she apologized,’ the warrant reads.
The next day, around 4pm, the victim was sitting on the studio’s patio with Cosculluela and another instructor when he allegedly asked her to go to Taco Bell with him, and she agreed.
The two took her car because Cosculluela allegedly didn’t want to give up his parking spot in front of the studio.
After leaving the parking lot, Cosculluela told the girl that he wanted to stop at his apartment and she went inside with him, according to police.
Once entering his apartment, the dance instructor allegedly grabbed his victim’s hand and took her into his bedroom before making her touch him inappropriately, according to the warrant.
He then forced her to perform oral sex on him, afterward acting as if nothing happened, according to cops.
On the way back to the studio, Cosculluela allegedly told her: ‘None of this happened, erase this from your memory and don’t tell anyone.’
Cosculluela ignored the girl after the alleged attack, which upset her. She skipped her one-on-one lesson with him on December 9, but still went to her regular group dance lesson where she talked with her friend, the other victim, about the abuse, police said.
She said that the second victim told her Cosculluela was asking her for nude photographs and telling her he loved her.
The first victim said that Cosculluela then called her on December 11 and acted like nothing had happened, and invited her to help him decorate for another student’s birthday party.
He asked her to meet him at his apartment so that they could leave from there and go pick up a cake and decorations together, cops alleged.
The girl sat on his couch waiting for him to get ready to leave – but he took her hand and led her to his bedroom.
The girl said she was once again forced to perform oral sex.
She recounted to cops the second victim telling her that Cosculluela once pushed her on to his bed and sexually assaulted her.
Cosculluela has been released on an $8,000 bond and his trial has been set for May 17, court records show.
