An Italian model is proudly showing off his dramatic face transformation on TikTok after years of ‘training his jaw’ — but viewers think he has gone too far with his facial exercises.
Luca Marchesi from Milan refers to himself as the ‘CEO of Jawline’ in his bio, and for good reason. His recent video featuring close-ups of his chiseled jaw following two months of focused training has racked up more than 1.9 million views.
The TikTok star, who already had a sculpted face from years of prior jaw training, shocked viewers when he revealed his almost triangle-shaped jawline that was bulging on the sides and narrow at the chin.

All exercise? Marchesi recently shared a video featuring close-ups of his chiseled jaw following two months of training, racking up more than 1.9 million views
In the clip, he can be seen chomping down on his jaw exerciser in his mouth to strengthen his facial muscles before removing it to flaunt his borderline cartoonish angles.
‘DO U THINK IS TOO MUCH?’ he captioned the clip — and for many of the commenters, it was.
Marchesi looked like he had acorns bulging out of his cheeks, earning him comparisons to Alvin from Alvin and the Chipmunks.
‘Alvin and the Chipmunks been REAL quiet since you dropped this one,’ one person commented, while another joked: ‘Alvin come get yo brother.’

New man: Marchesi has shared a number of before-and-after jaw training videos last month alone, with some of the footage dating back to 2016, when he looked completely different
‘HE IS SAVING ACORNS FOR THE WINTER,’ someone else responded.
One TikTok user speculated that Marchesi is ‘trying to make his own [face] shape,’ while others said the bottom half of his face now looks like an upside-down triangle.
‘Gonna turn into a triangle soon if. you don’t [calm] down,’ one person wrote, while someone else agreed: ‘Man’s a [right] angle triangle.’

He knows how to pose: Marchesi’s jawline didn’t look quite as sharp in this shirtless selfie that was shared on Instagram in January
The model has made it clear that he wasn’t always a hunk, and he has also posted photos of himself when he was younger and scrawnier.
Marchesi claimed he was going to quit TikTok because of the criticism of his jawline, according to LADbible, but he has yet to do so.
‘I wanted to make a short announcement. I intend to close this TikTok account,’ he said in the clip. ‘I’m sorry for everyone who follows me, but by now out of five comments I get, four are insults or criticisms.
‘We had fun together, but it doesn’t make sense to continue.’
In a November 2020 interview with the Italian website Webboh, Marchesi opened up about his physical transformation, saying he weighed 230 pounds when he was 18 years old.

Changes: After fashion agencies told him he was ‘too big’ and had a ’round face,’ he completely transformed his body and his face shape
‘It was not a good time, as I had just broken up with my girlfriend, which made me feel that she no longer liked me physically and that I had grown too big,’ he recalled.
Marchesi started visiting modeling agencies a few months later but had trouble finding representation because of his size and ’round’ face.
‘I remember that I shot at at least five or six, and they all rejected me because I was too big and had a face that was too round,’ he explained.
One casting director told him to come back after he lost 65 pounds, prompting him to completely overhaul his physique.
In addition to booking a number of modeling jobs, Marchesi has more than 912,000 TikTok followers who seem to like his extra sharp jawline.
