And on Wednesday, Natasha Spencer cosied up to her man as they participated in Mark Hughes Foundation’s ‘Big Three’ charity walk to raise funds for brain cancer.

The reality TV star, 28, shared a passionate kiss with her beau as she showed off her five-carat diamond ring during the 150km walk.
