Madonna enjoyed a night on the town Tuesday with her close friend, Hollywood agent Maha Dakhil Jackson, looking amazing as she relaxed the strict macrobiotic diet she’s on at an Italian restaurant.

‘Out to dinner with my bestie @secretagentm -maha,’ the 62-year-old entertainment icon wrote. ‘We feed each others souls, and then i think too much and get moody.’

In the post, the Grammy-winner wore a blue three-piece suit, accessorizing with multiple necklaces and bracelets. She had her blonde locks down and parted and wore thick-rimmed black glasses on the outing.

The diet was invented in Japan around 20 years ago, with about 50 percent of its fare being wholegrains items including rolled oats, brown rice, wholemeal bread and pasta.

Another part of the diet includes fruits and vegetables, as well as beans, with limited amounts of meat and fish.

Substances including sugar are off-limits on the diet, as well as dairy, caffeine and alcohol, according to the outlet.

Terms of food preparation include items made of stainless steel, ceramics, wood and glass, with anything involving microwave and electricity forbidden.
