Love Island‘s Amber Gill has suggested that she may be open to dating women.

The reality star, 24, previously fuelled speculation about her sexuality, suggesting that she could be bisexual after sharing cryptic tweets with fans.

And after being quizzed about her suggestive messages at Thursday’s National Television awards, Amber hinted that she could be attracted to women as she teased: ‘Some days I might be, some days I might not.’

The TV personality had previously set tongues wagging with her first cryptic tweet in July when she shared a viral TikTok video of a lesbian woman who had transformed herself from a ‘feminine’ to a ‘masculine’ style.

Alongside the video, Amber put a heart eyes emoji, leaving some fans wondering whether she was attracted to the opposite sex.

Fans soon began questioning her sexuality on Twitter, with one follower writing: ‘Bestie I’m afraid to ask you this’, followed by fruit emojis and question marks – with the fruit alluding to her potentially being part of the LGBTQ+ community.

And Amber then left fans guessing as she simply replied: ‘Sometimes’.

At the star-studded NTAs this week, Amber then referred to her cryptic responses, with the beauty then hinting that she could be attracted to women.

When asked about her messages, Amber told the Daily Star: ‘The fruit emojis mean the fruit emojis, what can I say?’

She added: ‘Some days I might be, some days I might not. A lot of people have asked me about that and that’s all I’m going to comment.’

MailOnline have contacted Amber’s representatives for comment.

Amber shot to fame on Love Island in 2019, winning the series alongside then beau Greg O’Shea.

But just weeks after leaving the villa, the couple called time on their romance, with Amber slamming Greg for not putting enough effort into their relationship.

It comes after Amber insisted earlier this year that she ‘isn’t looking’ for love weeks after it was revealed she’d dumped her secret boyfriend.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline in May, the reality star said she’s not ‘closed off’ from finding a new man but is happy being single to focus on her work.

When asked about her current love life, Amber said: ‘I think because I’m working so much and I’m enjoying what I’m doing and it’s been such a long time since I’ve been able to go out and do photo shoots and see my friends, I’m just happy with everything the way it is now.

‘I think if lockdown has taught us anything it’s just be grateful for everything! I’m not looking, I’m not closed off for it but I’m not looking.

‘I think that’s what I heard anyway, that’s when you meet the best people is when you’re not looking for it, they just fall into your lap and hopefully that’ll happen.’
