Love Island winners – where are they now and what are they worth?

As Love Island‘s seventh season kicked off on ITV2 on Monday night, after a very long wait thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, we take a look at the winners of past series – most of whom split after the public voted for them to bag the £50k prize.
The show has aired for six series, with the most recent broadcast in early 2020, before the global health crisis froze any chance of amorous encounters.
But as a slew of singletons set out to find their perfect match on season seven, where are the winners of yesteryear? What are they up to? How much are they worth? And are they even still an item?

Not only are series two winners Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde still together, they are married with two children.
The road to happiness hasn’t been plain sailing for the duo, however. They split less than a year after the show, despite Cara being pregnant with Nathan’s son.
They reconciled, however, and got back together at Christmas 2017, a few weeks before Cara welcomed their baby, who they named Freddie-George.
They later revisited the Love Island villa and Nathan shocked Cara by asking her to marry him. They got married in a low-key ceremony in the summer of 2019. They welcomed a daughter, Delilah, in 2020.
They have also appeared on TOWIE, as have many other Love Islanders following their stint in the villa.

Going strong: They later revisited the Love Island villa and Nathan shocked Cara by asking her to marry him
Cara told MailOnline recently: ‘I’ll be honest I don’t really watch Love Island anymore because the people on there, they’re just so pretty and everything and it just stresses me out watching these girls walk around and I think “I don’t look like that anymore.”
‘I think it’s a really difficult thing to go into now and I’ll be honest I don’t think I would want to go into Love Island now. It’s too big of an industry now for me. It would stress me out too much.
‘With Nathan and I and the earlier series it was all about love – we had no expectations of what Love Island was. I went in there because I didn’t want to pay rent for six weeks! I thought I’ll go in there, I’m a little bit of a weirdo and nobody is going to fancy me and I fell in love and met my husband!’

Amber has become a West End star, appearing recently in Nine To Five: The Musical alongside Louise Redknapp, working with Dolly Parton.
They have both dated other people, but are currently single. Kem split from his lawyer girlfriend Lexi Hyzler last December after lockdown made things difficult for the couple. Amber is recently single as she split from operations manager Nick Kyriacou after a year of dating.
Kem sent the rumour mill into overdrive when he liked a fan’s comment on TikTok that read ‘Still want you and Amber back together’ recently.

He recently told MailOnline that he and Amber mutually agreed over FaceTime to end their relationship because he wanted to continue his career as a rugby player, while she aspired to move to London after she became inundated with clothing and endorsement deals.
Greg explained: ‘I have never actually come out and told my side of the story because my management and other people advised me against it. When it was all happening I was like “I have screenshots, I can release a statement with screenshots to show people the truth” but it was only going to add fuel to the fire and so I took the brunt of it. It was hard to bite my tongue but that’s just the way it played out.
‘I think she expected me to fight for it but I had to be realistic and look at it as a proper relationship and not the Love Island winners. This was all on FaceTime, then I had to go to training, so I put my phone down and I came back after an hour and my phone was blowing up, an article was released “Greg breaks up with Amber over text” – I couldn’t believe it.’

Paige admitted recently that she thought she would be booted out of the villa after a week in the sun. Speaking on Lorraine, she said: ‘I only expected to go and get a suntan for a week, maybe date a couple of guys and that would be it. Obviously, I went on and met Finn and we went on to win it. So it was definitely not what I had thought when I was in there.
‘I thought I would be sunbathing all day, whereas you’re out doing quite a lot of challenges or with somebody on dates. You’ve never got that much time to kill, which I thought was fine.’
