Love Island SPOILER: Two boys are left SINGLE as the islanders take part in the first recoupling of the series

After Shannon’s shock exit on Wednesday, the drama on Love Island is hotting up.

And, on Friday’s episode two boys are left single as the islanders take part in the first recoupling of the series.

Chloe Burrows receives a text which reveals the girls will be choosing who they want to be paired with in the villa, meaning that two of the lads will be left alone.

With the boys lined up in front of the fire pit, the five women rise up one by one to make their choice, until two boys remain standing.

Meanwhile, Kaz suggests the boys have their work cut out after the new arrival.

Speaking in the Beach Hut, she says: ‘Hugo and Aaron are going to have to run and work 10 times harder.’

And Chuggs wants to get to know all of the girls better, as he tells Kaz his ideal type.

He admits: ‘A nice smile is important. You’ve got a nice smile,’ but he also talks to Chloe – who thinks he’s got ‘really good chat’ – adding that  she’s ‘traditionally’ his type, as well as ‘confident’.

He then asks if she’ll put sunscreen on his back, with Chloe joking: ‘Is this your move? You little flirt!’

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
