The source said that Lottie and Tristan, who met through friends, have really hit it off and that the model has told pals how keen she is on the drummer.
The said: ‘It all became public after they had a snog during a night out in the capital but this isn’t just a flash in the pan.
‘They’ve been dating for a while and Lottie thinks this could become more serious.
‘Lottie and Tristan have been spending time together out of the public eye and they both seem to be really happy.’
MailOnline has approached representatives for Lottie and Tristan for comment.

Lottie and Tristan certainly seemed to be getting along well when they were pictured in a steamy embrace in Notting Hill, London on Wednesday night.
The model got up close and personal with the 6ft 1in musician before he spent the next evening cooking for her during a cosy night in together.
The couple passionately kissed in the street as they shared a cigarette after leaving a romantic dinner at the modern European restaurant Gold.
Putting on a steamy PDA display, it appeared the date had gone well for the pair as they couldn’t keep their hands off each other after the meal.

Exeter-born Tristan couldn’t keep his eyes off her as they strode along the street in unison after their candlelit dinner, and it wasn’t long before the pair turned up the heat as they stopped walking to share an intimate moment by the side of the road.
The next evening, Lottie took to Instagram where she shared a late-night snap of the pair together, with her new man seen cooking up a romantic meal for them.
Edgier than her usual type, Lottie has previously dated Made In Chelsea boys Alex Mytton, 30, and Sam Prince, 24.
Meanwhile, Tristan got engaged to model Anastasia Smith in April 2018, after dating for four years, but by the autumn the pair had split, removing all pictures together from their social media profiles. Anastasia is now engaged to another man.
Last November The Vamps drummer told Attitude that ‘there shouldn’t be any boundaries,’ when it comes to sexuality.

Around the same time, Lottie came out at pansexual. The younger half-sister of Kate Moss, 47, told her Instagram followers: ‘I’m pansexual so I don’t really mind… any gender. It kinda changes every day as well. It depends on who I meet.’
A pansexual person is attracted to someone or falls in love with them regardless of their biological sex or gender identity.
As well as conventional dating, Lottie recently joined the X-rated subscription site OnlyFans where she sells pairs of her pants to strangers.
OnlyFans is an online service that allows for public figures to charge a subscription to their site, where they often share content usually deemed too provocative for other social media platforms. It boasts a list of celebrity users, including Lottie.
Lottie also raised eyebrows in February when it was revealed she had signed up to X-rated adult platform Glow.

Her decision to sell racy snaps was said to have caused concern among her family and friends, with the beauty also warned about posting her modelling agency.
The blonde’s prestigious agency Storm worked frantically to protect her and ‘save her from herself’ – though some family members feared she could have already sabotaged her future.
A source told The Mail On Sunday’s Charlotte Griffiths: ‘These photos and the path she’s on will affect her future as a model, but also as a woman. What if one day she wants a normal job?
‘Storm can’t let Lottie become another victim of this crazy influencer-meets-celebrity, image-obsessed culture. Her mental health needs to be protected.’
Another source close to the agency said: ‘Storm feels very protective of the lovely Lottie. They are hoping this phase will pass.’
