She’s the Golden Globe-nominated star of Emily in Paris, and she’s getting her ducks in a row to soon shack up with her hunky director fiance.

Lily Collins sold her home in Beverly Hills, California for the sum of $13.5 million on Friday, Realtor.com reports.

The British-American actress, 31, originally purchased the glamorous Hollywood Regency mansion for $1M less back in 2016.

And according to the New York Post, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom property comes equipped with several luxurious accoutrements, not the least of which is a lighted, sunken outdoor tennis court. 

Other features include patinated copper roofs, smooth stucco throughout and a red brick privacy wall along with iron gates.

The 5,000-square-foot compound also boasts a brick driveway, a landscaped courtyard with a herringbone brick motor court, and whimsical details including a lion’s head fountain.

The .7-acre property comes with a pool, hot tub and a cabana with a dressing room.  

At the home’s entrance, an octagonal green copper roof hangs over enormous, recessed, arched doors. 

And once inside, the estate charms with wood crown molding, high ceilings, artful metal lantern sconces, elliptical wood-framed windows and Roman columns.

The round foyer opens onto the living room, featuring a gilded ceiling-height fireplace, library and a bar/lounge area lit by a humongous rounded skylight, as seen in the Coldwell Banker listing for the property.  

The master bedroom offers a television closet, wall safe, walk-in closet, large bathroom and dressing area.

The house sits in a hidden enclave just north of bustling Sunset Boulevard, not far from the famous Greystone Mansion and Gardens.

Lily, the famed daughter of Phil Collins, got engaged to her filmmaker boyfriend Charlie McDowell, 37, in September.

The pair are currently at work prepping the historical crime drama Gilded Rage.

The movie will costar Lily along with It’s Bill Skarsgård and Inglorious Basterds’ Christoph Waltz.
