Kent’s face was mostly hidden behind her floral phone case as she adjusted her swimsuit’s bottoms, which featured a number of cut-outs on the sides.

She also recently opened up about her infant getting an upset stomach after eating a vegan feast, which included beans and cauliflower.

Writing over a topless picture she took with her baby, she captioned: ‘Yesterday was one of our hardest days. I was aware certain foods could mess with my babies tummy, but never worried too much.’

‘I had vegan food for lunch- beans, cauliflower, etc. I’m sure you’re all thinking ‘you’re an idiot, those foods give grown people gasses,’ she went on.

She continued: ‘Ocean screamed, cried and fussed, from morning until night. I clued in after my second feed, & switched from the boob to a bottle with saved milk.

‘I sobbed when it was time for bed- yes I was exhausted, but mostly because when she finally started feeling better around 10pm, I felt so terrible that I did that to my sweet girl,’ she went on, conveying her guilt over making her daughter feel bad.’

Lala concluded: ‘Wish us luck today, that I’ve pumped all the vegan out of these milk jugs,’ she concluded the honest tale.’

In the snap, Lala looked exhausted as she kept her baby planted over her shoulder.

Certain foods and drinks ‘could cause your baby to become irritable or have an allergic reaction,’ according to the Mayo Clinic.

‘If you suspect that something in your diet might be affecting your baby, avoid the food or drink for up to a week to see if it makes a difference in your baby’s behavior,’ said the medical professionals.

The Vanderpump Rules star welcomed her first child with fiancé Randall Emmett on March 15, and has been documenting the ups and downs of the entire experience on her Instagram account.

‘So many people asked me if I was going to breastfeed. I thought this was a strange question because it’s not that simple. I know many women who struggled- whether the baby didn’t latch, milk wasn’t coming in, or it just wasn’t for them,’ the Give Them Lala author shared in a post early this month discussing her breastfeeding journey.

‘I was never married to the idea of breastfeeding because I didn’t want to feel disappointment or shame.

‘That being said, I’m grateful my boobies are producing, but I know my baby is bonded to me regardless of what kind of nipple is in her mouth,’ she captioned a photo of her pumping.

Kent wrote that her life ‘changed forever’ one week after Ocean’s birth on social media.

She noted: ‘This little 5 lb 10 oz, sign of Pisces sent me into a world I can only explain as heavenly. No one could have prepared me for this kind of love. Ocean, you are the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I am so honored to be your mama. My heart could just burst.’
