A warrant has been issued for ex-Disney star Kyle Massey after he failed to show up for court to deal with felony allegations he sent pornographic material to a 13-year-old girl.
Late last month Massey was charged with ‘one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.’
The 29-year-old actor is known for playing Cory Baxter on That’s So Raven.

Last month Massey missed another arraignment, which was rescheduled for today.
Massey’s lawyer Lee Hutton said their legal team reached out to King County DA’s office.
Additionally, Hutton also says Massey has not been served and says they’re ‘concerned with the misrepresentations made in court. Indeed, we will move forward to defend these allegations but also determine why due process has not been followed.’
A representive for King’s County district attorney disputed the claim, telling TMZ: ‘Mr. Massey, nor any representatives of him, have filed anything in the Court docket.’
‘It is possible that Mr. Massey’s attorney is calling the wrong office. It’s also worth noting that Mr. Massey previously acknowledged the filing of the case in past media articles since the first arraignment date, which also included today’s new arraignment date. There’s no misrepresentation here. Quite simply, Mr. Massey did not appear in court.’
Last month legal documents emerged revealing Massey has been accused of sending sexually explicit content to the girl electronically, around December 2018 and January 2019.
DailyMail.com has reached out to legal representatives for Massey to comment.
This comes just days after a report from The Daily Beast brought to light even more allegations against the actor in which several women came forward claiming Massey’s behavior is part of a predatory pattern.
The publication spoke with several women who allege that they had communicated with Massey while they were teenagers in high school over various social media apps including Snapchat and Instagram.
According to the The Daily Beast, the publication had reviewed a Snapchat video which showed Massey filming himself in the mirror and giving the sign of approval to a video of Aubrey Burrough twerking.

Another woman, who chose to remain anonymous, told the outlet that she had allegedly shared a photo of a 15-year-old in a sports bra to Massey, who opened the photo, but did not block the underage user and even continued to accept and open photos from the teen and even replied to various messages.
The woman said: ‘She so clearly was underage when we would have sent that.’
Jennifer DeMattai claimed that she and other friends used to send messages to Massey when they were just 15-years-old and the actor, in response, called them all ‘sexy ladies.’
In March, Massey was sued for $1.5 million for allegedly sending ‘numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos’ via Snapchat, but the actor claimed he was being extorted.
The original TMZ report adds that this most recent charge is connected to the previous civil suit.
Back in March, Massey vehemently denied the first round of allegations, calling the $1.5 million lawsuit levied against him on Friday, a case of extortion.

Massey said in a statement through his attorney, Lee Hutton, at the time: ‘No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct.’
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the unidentified girl and her family met Massey when she was four-years old and stayed in touch with the actor over the years as she began her own entertainment career.
She reached out to him in late 2018 with hopes of auditioning for a role on the recently-rebooted Raven’s Home.
The lawsuit also contends Massey then suggested that she fly out and stay with him and his girlfriend in Los Angeles while she looked to get a talent agent.
Just days later, the child contended Massey sent her a number of sexually explicit text messages, images and videos.
His side of the story: The actor claims the $1.5 million lawsuit against him is a case of extortion; the actor is pictured in July 2017
Supporting his claims of extortion, Massey maintained the accuser’s legal team demanded $1.5 million earlier this year and threatened to go public to destroy his career if he didn’t comply.
The actor said he shot down the demand.
He has asked fans, and the public in general, ‘not to jump not to jump to conclusions based on the allegations alone but reserve judgment until the whole story comes to light, proving these allegations baseless.’
Massey played Cory Baxter on the Disney Channel sitcom That’s So Raven from 2003 until 2007, and the spinoff show, Cory In The House, as the title character from 2007 until 2008.
His resume also includes Dancing With The Stars season 11 in 2010, and guest starring roles on The Practice, Gotham, Being Marie Jane and the voice of Jeremy on Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
