A KFC worker has revealed how to get $2 off your order next time you are craving a burger and chips – and it’s all about using some clever wording. 

Known online as KFC Sam, the restaurant insider often offers ordering hacks to his 80,000-strong TikTok following.

In the video he is seen requesting a Zinger burger and large chips at the counter of a KFC store – only to appear shocked at the $10.90 price.

He then smiled and tried again: ‘Can I please have a Zinger Combo, swap out the drink for a large chips?’

Sam said the hack is perfect when you don’t feel like a drink with your meal.

Other KFC workers confirmed the hack works.

‘I usually just put it in as a combo for customers anyway, because it is cheaper,’ one wrote.

One TikTok follower was concerned revealing cheap menu hacks could get the young man in trouble.

‘Hope you don’t get fired,’ they said.

Sam said that many people already have drinks at home – which is why there’s an option to swap it for extra chips.

‘I never want chips, this is mad, thanks bro,’ one man said.

The video has been seen by 33,000 people.
