Kelly Ripa asks husband Mark Consuelos ‘why people are fixated’ on her feet in a family photo

Kelly Ripa is wondering why some followers are now ‘fixated’ on her feet.

Ripa got an answer from husband Mark Consuelos, 50, who patiently explained how her latest Instagram post made it looked like she was ‘missing a leg.’

Confused, Kelly went on to call people obsessing over the photo ‘weirdos.’

After admitting she was ‘jetlagged’ in the footage, Ripa replied ‘obviously’ she was not missing the limb because ‘it is in the other photos,’ where the couple posed with their three kids Michael, 24, Lola, 20, and Joaquin, 18 and other family.

‘Could it be that I just crossed one foot over the other? There’s another foot there, it’s just crossed over,’ she pointed out.

Consuelos quipped, ‘Maybe they don’t have the zoom function on their phones.’

She finished by telling viewers: ‘You guys are weirdos. You are. There I said it.’

The image in question showed the power couple and their children posing alongside  Consuelos’ extended relatives as they celebrated two graduations in the family.

Both Ripa and Consuelos’s eldest son and niece graduated last spring.

‘Last year’s graduation trip for our oldest son and niece was delayed long enough to become a graduation trip for the family newborns as well!’ the talk show host captioned a slideshow of snaps around Italy.

One photo shows the family members on a deck all dressed in white outfits, while another snap shows them all posing on a beach.

The third photo in the collection shows the family all gathered on some steps as they enjoy a stroll through a European town.

Michael finished up his undergraduate studies at New York University, in May last year.

To mark the moment, Ripa shared a photo from Michael’s high school graduation.

‘2016 fours years passed in the blink of an eye and today you take your final final exam in college. Congratulations Michael! You’re a virtual graduate. Literally! #classof2020 #NYU’ she captioned the flashback shot.

Last month, the proud parents celebrated Joaquin’s graduation from high school.

Ripa posted a series of pictures throughout to her Instagram Stories, showing Joaquin wearing his graduation robe.

As Joaquin is the youngest child in the family, the TV personality noted in another photo that she and Consuelos will soon be ’empty nesters’ when he leaves for college.

Joaquin will be attending the University of Michigan, where he will be part of the wrestling team.
