Katie Price‘s eldest son has revealed that he’s started running, telling his doting mum that he’s feeling ‘very happy and very healthy’.
Harvey, 18, has multiple disabilities including blindness and ADHD and also has an excessive appetite caused by genetic condition Prader-Willi Syndrome.
In a sweet message and snap sent to his newly-engaged mum 42, the teenager, who is thought to have lost two stone since tipping the scales at 29 stone last year, is seen enjoying the sunshine by a park at his residential school.

He wrote: ‘Hi mummy I did some of a lot running before richley house, this Afternoon because I feel very happy and very healthy doing some running I’ll Sure see you soon Mummy love from. Harvey.’ (sic)
Proud mum Katie then shared the adorable note to her Instagram profile, adding the comment: ‘Harvey sent me this from residential today.’
Katie has always been candid about her son’s health struggles and last November revealed he’d tipped the scales at 29-stone.
So sweet: The teenager messaged his mum with an update about his day

She told The Sun: ‘He needs to lose weight or he’ll end up dead. He doesn’t deserve that. I don’t want to lose him… I will do anything to help.’
The TV star added that she’s taken drastic measures by padlocking the fridge to ensure her child stops raiding food from the appliance.
Describing his condition as a ‘cruel and horrible illness’, she revealed Harvey is constantly hungry and loses his temper if he isn’t fed.
The former Loose Women panellist continued: ‘He’ll smash things up if you say no. I’ve had to re-plaster my walls because he’ll bash holes in them with his head. He knows what nice things taste of.’
Working hard: Katie and Harvey have been working hard on getting him healthy and last week enjoyed an al fresco workout together after converting Carl Woods’ garage into a gym
Dropping the pounds: Last month Katie shared a snap of Harvey looking slimmer in a vest top
Last week, Katie and Harvey enjoyed an al fresco workout together on two exercise bikes, as they continued to work on his fitness.
Although Harvey was born with Prader-Willi syndrome, which causes weight gain, he has recently managed to shed pounds amid his weight struggle.
In December, Katie revealed Harvey had lost eight pounds in just a week after embarking on a lifestyle overhaul with her boyfriend Carl Woods.
Detailing the teen’s new health journey, the ex-Page 3 star told OK! magazine: ‘We’ve got some gym stuff for him and put it all in Carl’s garage.
‘Prep Kitchen are also going to send meals to his school. We want to try anything to help him lose his weight. He’s lost 4kg this week, so at least he’s lost something.’

WHAT IS PRADER-WILLI SYNDROME?
Prader-Willi syndrome is a rare genetic condition that causes problems including constant urges to eat food, restricted growth and reduced muscle tone.
Other potential issues include learning difficulties, lack of sexual development and behavioral problems such as tantrums or stubbornness.
The rare condition, which affects one in every 15,000 children born in England, is caused by a defect on chromosome number 15 – and happens by chance.
Because there is no cure, treatment aims to manage the symptoms – with parents of sufferers urged to get their children to stick to a healthy, balanced diet.
Children with the syndrome can eat up to six times more than children of the same age – and still feel hungry.
Appeal: In November, Katie said she was hoping to rent a treadmill and rowing machine for the teenager to use during lockdown in her post shared on Instagram Stories
Katie also appealed to her fans at the start of November for help sourcing gym equipment ahead of the second lockdown, which forced gyms to close.
She wrote at the time: ‘Can anybody help. I’m looking to rent a treadmill and rowing machine for Harvey that can take his weight, 28 half stone, and other gym bits as through lockdown I have to make sure he can exercise at home. Please help, DM me.’
Months earlier, Harvey put on two stone in just two months, with doctors telling the CBB star that her son is at risk of a heart attack.
After a health scare, a spokesperson for Katie told MailOnline that she was going to make lifestyle changes for her son and try to ‘reduce his weight’.
In June, Harvey was rushed to intensive care after having trouble breathing, experiencing extreme chest-pains and a soaring temperature and was thought to be at risk of organ failure.
Doting mum: Katie has previously said that it had become ‘critical’ for Harvey to loose some weight with doctors telling her that the teenager is at risk of a heart attack
