Holly Willoughby braves the bad weather as she heads out in gym leggings and a black hooded jacket

She regularly sports summer ready floral dresses while entertaining the nation on This Morning.

Yet Holly Willoughby looked prepared as she braved London‘s bad weather in gym leggings and a black hooded jacket on Friday.

The presenter, 40, headed out in a grey T-shirt and a black protective face mask as she bundled up in a bid to keep dry.

Holly paired her skin-tight navy leggings with a pair of suede blue trainers while walking along the pavement.

Keeping her blonde tresses out of her face, Holly clipped her hair back with a sweet white clip.

Essentials at the ready, she toted her phone and keys while carrying a chic grey leather handbag with a plaited strap on her arm.

She kept makeup minimal for the outing as she covered her features with a black face mask.

Holly kept her hood firmly up as she stepped out in the elements in the casual ensemble.

The presenter shielded herself from the rain as she charged up her electric Mercedes in west London.

She plugged her environmentally friendly car into a charging point on the side of the road as it continued to drizzle in the capital.

She then took to social media to voice her distain for the drizzle to her fans.

Writing on Instagram, she said to her followers: ‘Erm… can someone have a word with the weather please!!!’

Alongside the exasperated caption, Holly shared a snap of her in a floral short sleeve dress from her collection with Marks and Spencer.

‘To brighten up your day,’ she told her thousands of followers as she posed against a wall in the stylish midi dress.

Holly looked chic in the throwback pic as she posed against a wall in her garden in the long forgotten sunshine.

Camera ready, she donned a full face of glamorous makeup for the alfresco photo shoot.

Her blonde tresses shone in the sunshine and were styled into gorgeous loose waves.

She completed the summer ready ensemble with a pair of strappy black sandals and posed while surrounded by white flowers.

It comes after it was reported last month that ITV were considering ‘upping’ Holly’s salary if her legal fight with her old agents ‘reaches crisis level’.

The popular presenter hired lawyers to take action against the YMU Group after they demanded a percentage of her future earnings, it was reported in February.

Network bosses now fear Holly will walk away from her This Morning role if she is forced to pay YMU the estimated 15% sunset provisions they are asking for

A source told The Sun: ‘Holly’s YMU row sparked some serious worries at ITV as they know how adamant she is that she shouldn’t have to pay them.

‘They are hoping the situation can be amicably resolved. But they have agreed a last-resort plan to up her salary if it was to reach crisis level and they can ill-afford to lose her.’

The paper added: ‘They have not yet had a conversation with Holly about this and she’d never dream of asking for a raise.’

MailOnline has reached out to ITV and Holly’s representatives for comment.

Sunset provisions are commissions collected by agents from a star who is no longer on their roster, meaning YMU could get a cut from her appearances on Dancing On Ice and This Morning going forward.

Holly formed her own all-female agency called Roxy last year – and is now managing herself.

She is said to be willing to pay YMU commissions on jobs arranged while she was with them, but not if those contracts are renewed, The Sun reports.

The mother-of-three has been told she could be forced to pay YMU some £10,000 should their bid be successful.

The presenter has hired a team of lawyers – who she met in February – to ensure that does not happen.

A source told The Sun: ‘No one wanted this to go legal but Holly won’t simply give away her hard-fought millions without a fight.’

They added: ‘This is a sad finale to what was once a hugely successful partnership.’

‘But YMU seem unhappy she’s set up on her own and feel entitled to maximise a sunset provision to claim commission on the renewal of contracts.’
