The Los Angeles estate that legendary singer Frank Sinatra once called home was transformed into a fashion playground complete with cherry red décor and synchronized swimmers for Hermès’ star-studded ‘Grand Soir’ dinner.
Leslie Mann, Judd Apatow, Kathryn Hahn, Victoria Pedretti, and Yvonne Orji were among the famous faces who traveled to the iconic midcentury property in Chatsworth, a San Fernando Valley suburb, to celebrate the luxury brand’s spring/summer 2022 collection.
The dress code for Wednesday’s event was ‘formal red and black attire’ — a nod to the 13-acre estate’s bold makeover imagined by artistic director Stefan Beckman.

Banking heiress Dora Hutchinson commissioned architect William Pereira to build the estate, which she named ‘Farralone’ after it was completed in 1951
When she moved to New York, she leased the place to Sinatra, who lived there for a decade in the 1950s and 1960s. During his time at the estate, Ol’ Blue Eyes hosted legendary parties attended by the crème de la crème of Hollywood.

Monroe sublet the property’s guest house from Sinatra, and the home’s swimming pool is said to be the site of one of the star’s final photoshoots.
The guest house itself is believed to be where she secretly met John F. Kennedy during their alleged affair.
JFK is one of American history’s most iconic politicians but he was equally notable for his playboy antics, which have seen him linked to a slew of big names from the ’50s and ’60s, most notably Monroe.
Despite there being no real evidence the two ever enjoyed a romantic relationship, rumors and conspiracy theories abound.
More recently, the estate has been featured in the hit shows Mad Men and Big Little Lies, as well as music videos for top artists, including Mariah Carey, Usher, and Rihanna.
