President Donald Trump blasted out a tout for his Doral golf course Monday – and said he was applying to build 2,300 units at his resort.

Trump issued the statement under the presidential seal Trump had fashioned for his ‘Save America’ PAC emails  – the same platform he uses to make endorsements, claim election fraud, and attack Republican ‘RINOs.’

The statement was a return to the real estate promotion Trump engaged in before, and occasionally during, his term in office.

Trump began by promoting his golf course – where he tried to host the G7 meeting of world leaders during his presidency.

‘I have just spent millions of dollars on the Blue Monster golf course at Trump National Doral in the heart of Miami. Incredible what has been created,’ Trump wrote.

Former President Donald Trump announced he is building 2,300 units at his Doral golf course in Miami. He is considered the leading GOP contender for president in 2024

He called it one of the greatest in the world and encouraged people to ‘Check it out!’

‘Also, will be applying for 2,300 units of luxury housing, retail, and commercial space in Phase 1 at Doral. This is perhaps the most exciting development in the Country—and the Blue Monster course, coupled with the Red, Gold, and Silver, are setting records!’ Trump wrote.

Trump golf and hospitality empire took a hit at the start of the pandemic as Americans pared back their travel habits and officials imposed restrictions on large groups and travel.

Even before the pandemic, Doral was ‘severely underperforming,’ the Trump Organization told local tax officials in 2017, the Washington Post reported.

The proposed building boom comes after Trump reported revenue suffered a steep drop at Doral during his final year in office, to $44 million from $77 million a year, according to his last disclosure form, Fortune reported last year.

Late last month the Trump Organization settled with the PGA Tour after it announced after the Capitol riot it would relocate its 2022 championship. A brief statement said the matter had been settled, and did not mention any monetary aspect.

Census data revealed that Doral was the fastest-growing large city in Florida, and the No. 11 city nationwide.
