LA Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer has been ordered to stay at least 100ft away from the woman he allegedly assaulted over the course of two sexual encounters, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The temporary restraining order, which was approved by a judge in Los Angeles on Thursday, also bans the baseball star from contacting her or going anywhere near her San Diego home.
The woman, identified by her lawyer as ‘Ms. Hill,’ filed for the protective order on Tuesday claiming Bauer had punched and choked her until she lost consciousness during two separate trysts in April and May.
Medical notes in court documents seen by DailyMail.com show she suffered an ‘acute head injury’ and ‘assault by strangulation’ following the second assault.
The notes are included in court papers and lay bare the horrific extent of the 27-year-old’s injuries, which included two black eyes and severe anal bleeding after she allegedly woke up to find him sodomizing her without consent.
Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer was hit with a temporary restraining order Thursday requiring him to stay at least 100ft away from the woman he is accused of assaulting, DailyMail.com can reveal
The woman, identified by her lawyer as ‘Ms. Hill’, told authorities she had sexual encounters with Bauer in April and May, but that both episodes turned violent, requiring her to seek medical attention

She also suffered facial fractures after being punched and strangled into unconsciousness, bruising to her jaw, and was left with ‘persistent headaches.’
Photos obtained by DailyMail.com also show her with a split lower lip and several large abrasions on her cheeks.
According to the woman’s account, Bauer apologized after the second violent encounter – telling her: ‘I would never do those things to you if it wasn’t sexually.’
Bauer, 30, is now being investigated by the Pasadena Police Department over the assault claims after doctors called the cops when the woman was forced to seek medical help.
Bauer has denied the woman’s allegations and was due to start for the LA baseball outfit in their game against the Washington Nationals on Sunday.
On Friday the MLB announced he had been placed on paid administrative leave for seven days amid the ongoing investigation.
‘MLB’s investigation into the allegations made against Trevor Bauer is ongoing,’ read a league statement on Friday.
‘While no determination in the case has been made, we have made the decision to place Mr. Bauer on seven-day administrative leave effective immediately.
‘MLB continues to collect information in our ongoing investigation concurrent with the Pasadena Police Department’s active criminal investigation. We will comment further at the appropriate time.’

Photos included in her filing for a protective order showed she sustained bruising under her eyes and cuts to her lip after the encounter
The move came following intense criticism from fans and media over the decision to allow the reigning National League Cy Young winner to play Sunday as he faces serious allegations.
His seven-day leave is one step under the joint domestic violence and sexual assault policy, which was adopted by MLB and the players’ association in 2015. The league can also extend his leave to 14 days.
Bauer was not with the team as it visited President Joe Biden at the White House to celebrate their 2020 World Series title, but team officials said that move was because he wasn’t a member of the Dodgers until this season.
According to court filings, Bauer and the woman’s interactions began on April 18 when the she tagged him in an Instagram post about the clash between the Dodgers and the Padres that took place that day.
Later on, the 30-year-old messaged her and the pair struck up a flirty conversation about baseball – joking about ‘triples’ and ‘moving on to the tryout.’
Days later, the woman agreed to make the four-hour drive from San Diego to his Los Angeles home to meet him, arriving late that evening.
In court papers, she describes how what began as a pleasant four-hour chat about ‘baseball and family memories’, and her battle with alcoholism, descended into a nightmare.
On May 21, three days after their second and final sexual encounter, Pasadena Police had the accuser ask Bauer for a phone call, which they planned to record. In the text exchange pictured above, Hill is seeing telling Bauer ‘hearing your voice would help’ and he responded by asking her if she wanted to discuss the incident
Also included in the petition were text exchanges between Bauer and Ms. Hill in which she informed him about her injuries
The woman said the pair went to Bauer’s bedroom at 2am and began having consensual sex – but that it went wrong after the pitcher started quizzing her about whether she liked to be choked in bed and if she enjoyed rough sex.
According to the papers, Bauer shoved his fingers down her throat – despite her telling him to stop – then wrapped her long hair around her neck and choked her.
She says she lost consciousness and awoke to find him sodomizing her.
Despite being disoriented and in pain, she said she stayed the night and woke up in his bed at 11am the next morning, adding that he joked about her ‘being a little sore this morning.’
The duo remained in contact, exchanging baseball chat and sexual banter over the following three weeks, and on May 15, he invited to his home again.
She says she arrived at midnight after driving up from San Diego and said that this time, they agreed that he wouldn’t choke her or insist on anal sex.
The woman described what came next as a sexual assault, with Bauer again choking her with her long hair five minutes into the initially consensual encounter.
She added: ‘I agreed to have sex. I did not agree or consent to what he did next.’
The 27-year-old says she passed out again, this time waking to find herself totally disoriented and Bauer still having sex with her.
In one of her last messages to Bauer, Hill claims she told him the best way for him to help her would be to ‘never do this to anyone else ever again’
He then allegedly punched her in the face several times before flipping her over and choking her with her hair for a second time.
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer was expected to start Sunday against the Washington Nationals amid Pasadena ( California ) Police and Major League Baseball investigations into claims he sexually assaulted a woman
When she woke up, Bauer had flipped her onto her back and was punching her hard in the vagina.
He eventually stopped after she burst into tears and helped her to the shower because, she says, she was unable to walk unaided.
Bauer also admitted to punching her in the buttocks while she was unconscious.
The woman says she returned to San Diego that day and sought medical help the following day after spending hours throwing up and realizing the extent of the bruising allegedly caused by Bauer.
During the hospital visit, she underwent a sex assault screening and spoke to officers from the San Diego police department who were called in by doctors.
She says she was initially unwilling to name her attacker for fear of his response and was sideswiped by the barrage of text messages and voicemails he left for her in the days afterwards.
Later, after speaking to the Pasadena police, she spoke to the pitcher on the phone – a call recorded by police – in which he admitted to punching her while she was unconscious.
Although a criminal investigation is underway, the woman said she asked for a restraining order for fear of another invitation to Bauer’s home.
She also said she wants him to stop contacting him completely and to stay away from her home and family.
A second hearing on the restraining order is scheduled for July 23 and will decide whether the temporary order will become permanent.
