A home previously owned by late Hollywood icon Debbie Reynolds is up for sale.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage-style residence in the Valley Village neighborhood of L.A.’s San Fernando Valley, which was bought by Reynolds for $220,000 in 1987, has been put on the market for $2.1 million, according to The Dirt

Reynolds’ estate sold the property in the spring of 2019, two-and-a-half years after her death, for $1.113 million, and after some upgrades it was sold again, just months later, for about $1.85 million to actors Amanda Fuller and husband Matthew Bryan Feld.

Longtime ownership: The late Hollywood icon, who died in December 2016, bought the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage-style home in 1987 for $220,000; her estate sold the property in the spring of 2019 for $1.113 million

Fuller, who’s best known for her roles on Orange Is The New Black and Last Man Standing, and Feld listed the home with Greg Holcomb of Douglas Elliman.

Described as a 1929 mini-estate with a .21 acre lot, the 2,093-square-foot house has a brick exterior and open-plan kitchen, living and dining rooms that feature wide-plank hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.

The front door opens directly into an open-plan living room-dining room space that includes a sculpted fireplace at one end and the kitchen at the other.

It has black and white custom cabinets and white and marble-like quartz countertops, all while mixing vintage charm with up-to-date amenities.

The main bedroom is connected to a sitting room, where Reynolds reportedly kept her piano, according to The Dirt. The suite also has a walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Among the perks of the property, all three bedrooms have direct access to the garden, and there’s an outdoor sitting area around a fire pit.

The backyard also has a swimming pool with an inset jacuzzi, and a cabana with a covered dining area and bar.

The property lacks a garage but does offer gated off-street parking.

During the last 15 years of her life, she kept ownership of the property but opted to move to Beverly Hills to live next door to her daughter, Carrie Fisher.

The Star Wars star died at the age of 60 on December 27, 2016, which was one day before her mother’s passing.
