The socialite looked slightly taken aback as she pulled away from the fellow party goer.
Wearing her iconic black and white hair pulled into a chic bun, Daphne looked typically fabulous as she prepared to head home after calling it a night.
The star teamed her show-stopping look with towering purple platform heels covered in glitter.
Daphne famously embarked on an extra-marital affair with 72-year-old French philosopher Bernard-Henri Levy, who she was last confirmed as being romantically involved with in 2016.

Bernard-Henri – who Daphne hailed as being ‘the love of her life’ – was last seen with the fashion circuit staple in 2016.
The pair first met at a party in Paris in 2005, after which they embarked on a passionate affair when he stayed at her flat in America in 2008.
Levy has been married three times. His eldest daughter by his first marriage to Isabelle Doutreluigne, Justine Levy, is a best-selling novelist, and he has a son, Antonin-Balthazar Levy, by his second wife, Sylvie Bouscasse.
Guinness, meanwhile, has only been married once — to shipping heir Spyros Niarchos, the son of shipping magnate Stavros Niarchos, whom she divorced in 1999 after 12 years.
Speaking about juggling a three-way relationship, she has said in the past: ‘I’ve tried to be as elegant about it as possible.
‘It certainly doesn’t make me feel good to hurt anyone, but when things are real, and when there is bound to be collateral damage, you have to look at what’s most precious, and that’s love.’
