Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ latest party almost went up in smoke when a dancer’s costume caught on fire.

The chaos occurred at the mogul’s lavish birthday bash for Quality Control Music CEO Pierre ‘Pee’ Thomas at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre on Wednesday night.

‘There were dancers on tables wearing feathered skirts, and one dropped down to get her eagle on and caught on fire from a candle!’ an insider revealed to Page Six.

The fire engulfed much of her costume, but was put out swiftly.

‘Nothing was left but her string thong,’ the attendee said. ‘She was panicking and quickly extinguished.’

The flames were dealt with so quickly, the source wasn’t even able to capture the debacle on camera. 

‘I was trying to get video, but I couldn’t act quick enough, that’s how quickly it was put out. I just got the smoke after,’ they explained.

The rest of the evening went on without incident.

Diddy arrived with a mystery woman who he danced and flirted with through the evening. 

Another insider spotted him ‘dancing with Teyana Taylor to old school Bad Boy hits and toasting the good life with shots of DeLeón [tequila].’

Pumping guests up from DJ E-Clazz’s booth, he said: ‘This is a celebration. I didn’t fly out to this motherf***a to play around.’

Celebrating Thomas, he called the record CEO ‘one of the realest [people]’ he’s ever met in Atlanta. 

‘I’m proud of him. What he’s been able to do. What he’s been able to accomplish. What he stands for,’ Diddy went on.

At the party Pee’s group City Girls entertained a star-packed guest list which included Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz, Angela Simmons, Fashion Bomb Daily’s Claire Sulmers, Bow Wow, Ray J and friend of the Real Housewives franchise Marlo Hampton.

T.I. and wife Tiny were also there and said to be in a ‘great mood’ despite sexual assault allegations surrounding the rapper, according to another attendee.
