She knows her way around a crazy real estate market as the star of the popular Netflix reality series, Selling Sunset.

And Chrishell Stause was happy to offer her talents to Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck as she chatted about reaching out to the hot celebrity couple during an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com.

The 39-year-old Realtor also proudly discussed her own foray into the world of home ownership after purchasing a gorgeous new $3million pad in the Hollywood Hills following a public divorce.

Shortly after Jennifer split with ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez and rekindled her romance with Ben Affleck, Chrishell made sure the A-listers knew about her services as a top agent for The Oppenheim Group.

‘Jenny call me if you need a realtor’ the actress commented on an Instagram post with news that the couple was looking for a spot in Southern California.

‘Listen, I’m unfortunately still waiting on that call,’ she joked. ‘The line is open JLo, give me a ring. I’d be happy to find a little Bennifer crash pad for you in LA.

She added: ‘Listen, you’ve got to put yourself out there. I’m always networking, that’s the name of the game. It’s not too late.’

Chrishell’s go-getter attitude has never let her down and recently helped her position as not only the client, but also the agent purchasing her stunning $3.3million, four-bedroom Hollywood Hills home.

‘I just bought my own home,’ she said. ‘It was exciting to actually be the client and work on my own deal and put myself in the position that I’m always helping other people out in.’

The former soap star noted that the home buying process was ‘filled with peaks and valleys’ and will be featured on the upcoming season of Selling Sunset.

‘The market is insane right now and there’s a lot of competition,’ she said. ‘Even as an agent on a television show, I didn’t get the first house I went after. It was a process, but I feel like everything happened for a reason and I love that I’ll be able to share that with everybody cause it is kind of fun to feel like everyone will be along for the journey.’

Viewers were certainly along for the ride as Chrishell competed on season 29 of Dancing With The Stars in September after spending months in quarantine and various lockdowns amid the global pandemic.

Chrishell noted that DWTS ‘really pushed me out of any kind of comfort zone I was in’ during the pandemic. ‘You just kind of have to dive head first into it. It was a learning experience. Obviously, I don’t really think my version of a Cha-Cha would actually qualify for a Cha-Cha.’

‘After weeks of training, dancing and competing, I was sad to leave the competition, my friends and my shot at the famed trophy,’ Stause said in a statement. ‘The next morning, I was reliving the elimination during morning interviews, and all I wanted to do was stay home with breakfast in bed with a plate of IHOP blueberry pancakes and binging my favorite daytime soaps.’

Her latest partnership with the famed restaurant is part of a campaign to reconnect through a shared love of family, friends, and of course, pancakes.

IHOP is offering guests who could use a little ‘pancake support’ to tweet their everyday moments, fails, and real-life funny follies through #INeedPancakeSupport for a chance to win free fluffy pancakes.

‘When life throws not-so-serious curveballs, sometimes you need to embrace it, and laugh it off with the support of your friends, and let’s be honest, pancakes always make everything better,’ Chrishell said. ‘Give me soft, fluffy pancakes and I can get over anything.’
