Caitlyn Jenner has claimed that O.J. Simpson once told his ex-wife Nicole Brown that he would one day ‘kill her and get away with it,’ before she was murdered.
The 72-year-old made the allegation during her appearance on Big Brother VIP in Australia. Jenner, who was previously married to Brown’s best friend Kris Jenner, was telling her housemates about how the case impacted her family.
‘It was an extraordinarily difficult time,’ the reality TV star confessed on Monday. ‘Nicole was Kris’ best friend, had been for a long time. I was at Nicole’s house two days before the murder.’
‘Obviously he did it and he got away with it, and at one point he even told Nicole, ‘I’ll kill you and get away with it because I’m O.J. Simpson,” Jenner claimed. ‘Then, Nicole, you know, relayed that onto Kris at one point and unfortunately, she was right.’
Simpson and Brown married in 1985 have two children together: a daughter, Sydney, 36, and a son, Justin, 33. The couple divorced in 1992.

OJ Simpson (left) was tried for the murder of his wife, Nicole Brown (right), in 1997. He was acquitted in the murder trial but he was later found guilty of wrongful death in a subsequent civil suit–still later, he was found guilty of other felony charges (unrelated to the murder) and convicted in 2008.
Brown and her friend, Ron Goldman, were brutally murdered in 1994. In 1995, Simpson was cleared of the double-homicide charges. At the time, Kris’ ex-husband, Robert Kardashian was a part of the legal counsel, dubbed ‘the Dream Team’ that defended the NFL Hall-of-Famer.
‘We were at the courthouse, we were watching what was going on in the other room,’ Jenner recollected. ‘And even after the not guilty verdict…Kris turns around to me and goes, ‘We should’ve listened to Nicole, she was right, right from the beginning.”
As of today, the murder case is officially listed as unresolved.
Back in 1997, a civil court granted $33.5 million in reparations to both of the victims families after they filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Simpson. In 2007, Simpson served nine years in prison for robbery and kidnapping over an attempt to steal back several of his sports memorabilia from a The Palace Station, a hotel in Las Vegas.
However, the former football star has always maintained his innocence in the crime. He said that he and five other men, who had confronted two memorabilia dealers at gunpoint, were just trying to recover personal mementos stolen from him following his 1995 acquittal in Los Angeles.

Simpson, 74, now resides in a gated community in Las Vegas. He remains on parole following his release from prison in July 2017 after serving nine years for armed robbery, kidnapping and assault with a weapon.
The former 1973 football MVP initially had planned to move to Florida after his release because he had family there, but the Sunshine state’s attorney advised the state’s board of corrections that his stay wasn’t welcomed.
‘Floridians are well aware of Mr. Simpson’s background, his wanton disregard for the lives of others, and of his scofflaw attitude with respect to the heinous acts for which he has been found civilly liable,’ Florida Attorney General Pam Bond wrote in 2017. ‘The specter of his residing in comfort in Florida should not be an option.’
Simpson’s most visible role now is on Twitter, where he holds commentary regarding sports, including fantasy football. He currently has nearly one million followers and posts short videos about personnel changes, weekly wrap-ups, and more.
However, Simpson still owes several million dollars in judgments to Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman’s families. As of today, Simpson still receives generous pensions from the NFL and Screen Actors Guild.
He also makes money from TV interviews and appearances, where he featured in Sasha Baron Cohen’s political satire series, ‘Who is America?’
According to Newsweek, Jenner claimed in her 2017 book ‘The Secrets of My Life’ that Kardashian later revealed that he believed Simpson was guilty.
