Bachelorette star Paddy Colliar reveals the REAL reason he was stabbed at a wild party in Adelaide as it emerges he was working as a topless waiter at the bash
Paddy Colliar has finally revealed why he was stabbed at a 60th birthday party in South Australia on Sunday.
The former Bachelorette star, 30, told The Advertiser that he was stabbed in the back just before 1.30am after stepping in to defend a woman during an altercation with a male partygoer.
He also revealed he was working as a topless waiter at the bash.

‘The night was going amazingly, everyone was getting along so well,’ Paddy said.
‘I was right next to them and I stepped in and said, “that’s no way to treat a woman”. Any man would do the same thing,’ he continued.
Paddy said he ‘felt a little jab in my stomach’ and noticed blood ‘p***ing everywhere’ as he walked away.
‘I didn’t think anything of it, the adrenaline was pretty high. [But] as I walked away and then I noticed there was blood p***ing everywhere, it was like a fountain,’ he added.
‘It happened so quick, the whole thing is crazy, it was pretty intense.’

According to Adelaide Now, Paddy was at a Beafield Rd fitness studio, located in the Para Hills West area of Adelaide, with about 30 others at the time.
A 23-year-old was charged with aggravated assault over the stabbing.
Paddy shared the news on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, alongside photos of himself being treated in hospital.

He wrote: ‘Appreciate the messages guys. I’m doing okay, just lost a fair bit of blood and have broken ribs. Lucky to still be here’.
Paddy also shared a boomerang clip which appeared to show him in the back of an ambulance.
He captioned it: ‘Not how I thought my night would end’.
