This shocking surveillance footage shows the moment a New York City man was shot dead getting into his car by a man disguised as a Hasidic Jew in Queens.
The gunman appeared to be disguised as a Hasidic Jew – and hiding behind the raised hood of his vehicle – when ambushed Jermaine Dixon, 46, with a point-blank bullet to the head as the victim was getting into his car in Queens, police said.
The shooter appeared to be wearing a traditional rekel – a long, black coat – and a wide brim black hat typically worn by Hasidic Jews and drove a white Nissan sedan.
Dixon was found dead around 8am on South Conduit Avenue in South Ozone Park, police said.

The shooter had his trunk, hood and car door open before hunching under the hood as Dixon approached his own car, according the video.
Once Dixon turned his back on the man to open the door of his car, the unidentified killer ran across the street and shot Dixon in the back of the head, the video showed.
Dixon’s body was slumped in the front seat as the man ran back to his car, slammed the hood down and drove away from the scene.

Cops found Dixon inside the vehicle with a gunshot wound to his head, they said.
EMS pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Cops said they have no motive or why Dixon was targeted.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
